Cleaning with T.O. provides educational coaching, systems design, and hands-on lifestyle management through both Done-With-You (DWY) coaching models and dedicated Done-For-You (DFY) service packages. Our service packages equip clients with practical tools, functional starting points, and repeatable frameworks to eliminate clutter and establish long-term household order.
2. 1-on-1 Service Offerings & Packages
We do not offer hourly time blocks; all offerings are structured and delivered as complete packages:
- 1-on-1 Reset Sessions ($600): A dedicated 1-on-1 coaching package focused on resetting one primary high-traffic friction space. Includes a 30-minute pre-session space-mapping call, a synchronous execution blitz, all tools and materials left on-site permanently, a custom 3-Day Action Plan, and 12 months of Reset Community access.
- 8-Week Whole-Home Intensive Pass ($2,500): An extensive multi-week transformation package systematically resetting major high-traffic areas across the entire home, installing the full system, providing permanent full-home supply kits, a 30-day action plan, and 12 months of Reset Community access.
3. Physical Supply Kits & Fulfillment
- Tier-Specific Toolkits: Professional cleaning and organizing toolkits are included with designated service tiers and intensive packages.
- Permanent Client Assets: All physical tools, products, and equipment provided during qualifying sessions remain the permanent property of the client upon delivery or session completion.
- Welcome Anchor Kits: Standard pass purchases include our physical welcome package (custom "Progress Over Perfection" keychain token, Member ID access card, and focus timer).
4. Corporate, Employer & Sponsored Batch Sales
- Batch Packages: Employers, agencies, and community partners may purchase sponsored pass packages in bulk allocations (e.g., packages of 10, 20, 30, or 50 passes).
- Batch Production & Turnaround: Sponsored orders are produced and serialized in standardized sets. Custom-branded batches are fulfilled, processed, and distributed within 5 to 7 business days following invoice confirmation.
- Sponsor Recognition: Qualifying 10+ pass sponsorships include custom sponsor branding on pass backers and a featured partner profile on our official website directory.
5. Seminars, Speaking Engagements & Live Demonstrations
- Keynotes & Interactive Demonstrations: Organizations, schools, and conferences may book Coach T.O. for live speaking engagements, educational seminars, and real-time cleaning demonstrations.
- Flat Speaking Rates: Standard speaking engagements and live interactive demonstrations are booked at a flat appearance rate (e.g., $500 base).
- Audience Access: Speaking engagements and seminars do not automatically include Reset Community memberships; attendees may purchase individual passes or merchandise separately following the presentation.
6. All Sales Final & Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the custom preparation and shipping of physical toolkits, reserved calendar scheduling, and immediate digital asset provisioning, all pass purchases, sponsor batch packages, and coaching services are strictly final and non-refundable once secured. Passes do not expire until activated by the end user.
