What Is the Home Wellness Program?

 The Cleaning with T.O. Home Wellness Program is an employee benefit designed to support people where much of their daily stress begins  at home.

Through practical cleaning coaching, guided Reset Sessions, and ongoing support, employees learn how to create cleaner, more functional spaces without relying on perfection, marathon cleaning days, or figuring everything out on their own.

The program gives employees a structured starting point, teaches them how to work through overwhelmed spaces, and helps them build systems they can continue using after the initial reset.

For employers, it creates a practical way to expand wellness support beyond the workplace and into an area of everyday life that traditional employee benefits often do not address.

Because when home feels more manageable, employees have one less thing competing for their time, energy, and attention.

How the Program Works

 Select the Cleaning with T.O. program access you want to make available to your employees.

Organizations begin with a minimum of 10 passes and can choose the level of support that best fits their workforce.

1. Choose Your Employee Benefit

 Choose the level of home wellness support you want to provide for your employees.

Option A — $200 per employee or Option B — $600 per employee

2. Place Your Order

 Select how many employees you would like to cover and complete your company’s benefit order.

Employer orders begin with a minimum of 10 employees.

3. Receive Your Reset Passes

 Your organization receives Reset Passes to distribute to eligible employees.

Each pass includes a unique Member ID employees use to activate their access directly with Cleaning with T.O.

4. Distribute Access to Employees

 Provide the Reset Passes directly to the employees receiving the benefit.

There is no complicated enrollment process for your HR team to manage.

5. Employees Activate Their Benefit

 Employees follow the instructions on their pass, enter their Member ID, and activate their benefit directly with Cleaning with T.O. 

We Help Them Get Started at Home

 Once activated, Cleaning with T.O. takes it from there. Employees receive the coaching, structure, and support included with their selected benefit so they can begin creating a cleaner, more functional home.
